All The World's A Stage

TK Choir's Vivace concert went pretty well last night. It sounds so weird but I didn't feel nervous at all when performing. I think it's cos I was very tired already. So we went to Esplanade at 1 and then went on stage to rehearse for our positions etc. That's when I felt nervous cos the place was insanely big and grand. My legs turned to Jell-O. Then when Mr Kwei lost his temper and started screaming, I think everyone on stage stopped breathing. It was absolutely silent that I swear if a pin drop, it would probably echo really loudly across the whole hall.
Dinner was pretty horrible. Luckily, I packed a bun so at least, I didn't faint on stage. The dressing room is awesome. With the Phantom of the Opera sort of lighting. It's super bright and doubly hot.
Before long, it was showtime. My heels were hurting like crazy and I was so afraid that my knees would buckle any moment, not cos I was nervous but cos I was exhausted. Oh yeah, the acoustics of the hall there is very, very good.
Anyway, it was 3/4 full. Not bad, I guess. :DD But I couldn't really see the audience cos it was very dark there but the stage was very brightly-lit. & the light backstage is neon-blue. Aaargh, so headache-y.
After the whole thing was done, we went to Lao Pa Sat to eat. The satay there is really good. Then my dad was referring to Double, Double, Toil & Trouble as "Double, Trouble, Toilet Bubble". I felt like usign my satay stick to poke his eyes.
I can't believe I'm leaving for Spain tomorrow. Omg, unbelievable. & I haven't even really pack yet. Aaaaaaaaah! Okay, Back to searching for more Spanish phrases.
I think this will be my last post until I come back from Spain. I'll be away from 3/12-19/12. Yesyes, I know. It's 16 days. Pretty long, huh? :DDD
Adios!

Adios!
The sun leads the way the moon lights the sky
I see you & I lying in my avant garden
I dream of the day when our worlds collide
We wont be denied here inside our avant garden
