Small Girl, Big Dreams

I decided to drop in and blog abit athough I'm supposed to be researching my Science thingy..

After dinner just now, I went to the piano exam place to practice and 30minutes is just not enough. The stupid thing is that the place is so fully-booked that I doubt I'll be able to get another time slot. I'm so dead cos I have 0% confidence at all & my scales and arpeggios suck big time. I think I would do better if I didn't doubt so much.

Anyway, life after the Olympics is dull. I sound like a bloody no-lifer but that's teh truth. No more tuning in to watch TV, no more flipping the newspaper excitedly to read the news, no more screaming and clapping like a lunatic. It's quite sad, really. But I guess I have to wait for another 4 more years then, for the Olympics in London.

Talking about London, my uncle sort of made a deal with me. I bet he actually said it cos he know he won't have to do it. Here's the deal:
"If you get all A's for you O-level, I will buy u a plane ticket to catch the 2012 London Olympics."
The latter sounds oh-so-good but it's impossible. Come on, 8 A's?? If I did my O-level as pair work with some smarty-farty, I might stand a chance, but me alone? I doubt it... but still, a girl can dream.

Shall post about the next few things in pictures.

I wantwantwant this laptop. A red Sony VAIO. It looks so pretty, doesn't it?? So sleek, stylish & chic. If I weren't going to Spain & if I didn't go to Russia, I might actually get it. But I chose to travel instead. Guess I'm not that materialistic after all.

These Otis Spunkmeyer muffins are reallyreally good. My mum bought these Californian-made muffins from 7- Eleven the other day. The muffin is very moist and the size is just about right. Best thing is that they're very healthy (not that I care much). But for those of you health junkies, the muffins have zero grams trans fat. So far, I've tried Apple Cinnamon and I'm going to try Blueberry later.

I can't find these granola bars anywhere so far. They're made in Australia so I guess it's pretty hard to find it here. Anyway, they have cool flavours like Chocolate Mint with Green Tea extract, Cafe Latte and Choc-nut Caramel. All the things I like and I can't get my hands on them. Damn! Talking about Australia, it has been a loooooong time since I've gone Down Under.
