Save Me From Tomorrow's Exam!
Sunday, August 31, 2008 at 9:50 PM
Aaaaargh, piano practical exam tomorrow. Shitshitshit, I'm freaking out now. Damn, I don't even know what the hell a phrase structure is.

Lemme give you an overview of what I have to remember: Sarabande, homophonic, Polka, Baroque, Classical, Mazurka, polyphonic, Minuet, Romantic, Classical and about 1000001 more musical terms to churn out if the examiner asks you.

I remember I totally freaked last year when the examiner asked for the composer's name. I was like saying, "Excuse me sir. I don't understand" for a lot of times until he also gave up. I remember the piece is a Romantic Piece. should have just said Tchaikovsky but at that time , I don't even know who Tchaikovsky was. But this time I'm prepared, sort of. Hey at least I know that Vivaldi is from the Baroque period.

I won't be blogging till next weekend cos right after the exam tomorrow (!!!!), I'll be zipping off the coasts of Singapore.

I think I just wrecked someone's wedding party just now. Cos I was practising my horrible scales with all the silly mistakes when someone was having their wedding party up in the beautiful penthouse. I've seen the groom. Young, rich, handsome. Haha, Caucasian with a damn nice house. Like, lots of painting and wooden bookshelves and a bloody nice penthouse made to look like a secret garden.

I have to go now. Wish me luck for the exam tomorrow!! OMG!!!!!!!!!!! Aaaargh, just thinking of it makes my hand shake and my knees quiver. & I think the quote below is so true cos there seems to be like another 4895621 more phrases and skills to cram in my head after surfing the Net.

The more we study, the more we discover our ignorance. -Percy Bysshe Shelley
